How To Last Longer Before Coming Too Soon
A lot of men have trouble lasting in bed. And most guys have no idea that you have the ability to change this behavior with some natural techniques and training methods.
Next, I’ll show you a few of these methods that are sure to help you learn how to last longer in bed without coming too quickly.
6 Ways To Last Longer Without Coming
Here are 5 great tips that you can use to learn how to last longer in bed for men.
1. Don’t Stop Breathing During Sex
It’s natural to breathe deeply and in a relaxed way during sex, but you know what? This is something that 99% of men who have trouble lasting in bed fail to do. By learning how to breathe correctly both before and during sex you will be able to make an instant impact on your lasting time.
2. Tune In… To Everything
Instead of thinking about baseball or reciting your 17 times tables, what you really should be doing is tuning in, not out to prevent yourself from coming too soon.
Many people will tell you to distract yourself during sex. I explain why this advice is wrong here because there is a much better way.
Tune into every sensation you are experiencing. Tune into the touch of your partner, tune into the sounds she is making, tune into the feeling of her body.
I mean everything.
Although you may have heard this piece of advice before, the real reason why this works is very rarely explained. You see, by “tuning in”, you need to be tuning into everything, not just the feelings in your genital region.
3. Last Longer Before Coming By Pacing Yourself
For most men who have trouble lasting in bed, the real danger time is during the first one or two minutes of intercourse. After this time the probability of being able to last longer before coming will actually decrease.
That’s why it’s so important to go easy at the start.
Extend foreplay, make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed before you start, and once you begin intercourse take it easy at first to give yourself a chance to get used to the sensation.
4. Stop Tensing Your Pelvic And Ejaculatory Muscles
For many men who have trouble lasting in bed, they will find that they are either consciously or unconsciously tensing their pelvic muscles during intercourse.
To last longer in bed before coming too soon this is something that you must try to stop. This leads us to the real secret of lasting longer in bed. A secret that most experts even fail to understand. It is a fact that it is physically impossible to ejaculate while your pelvic and ejaculatory muscles are in a relaxed state.
So the key is to become aware of the state of these muscles and start learning some techniques and exercises that will give you the ability to control the state of these muscles.
5. Start A Training Program To Last Longer In bed
If you are serious about getting rid of premature ejaculation once and for all, it’s time to start a training program. If you start now, you can teach yourself to last 20minutes longer in bed within 4 weeks. Along with my own guide, I highly recommend the Ejaculation Freedom guide by the award-winning premature ejaculation coach Dan Becket. 6. Don’t Put Unnecessary Pressure On Yourself.
And lastly, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. The worst thing you can do during sex is to worry about what will happen if you can’t last long enough.
Just relax, put the other steps I have shown you into action and enjoy the moment. If you do happen to ejaculate early it’s not the end of the world.
There are lots of things you can do to last longer, and be sure that with a little dedication and practice, you will be lasting longer in bed in no time.
These are just a few of the many ways in which you can help yourself last longer in bed. I hope you find them helpful.
