Instead of thinking about baseball or reciting your 17 times tables, what you really should be doing is tuning in, not out. Although you may have heard this piece of advice before, the real reason why this works is very rarely explained. You see, by “tuning in”, you need to be tuning into everything, not just the feelings in your genital region. Tune into every sensation you are experiencing. Tune into the touch of your partner, tune into the sounds she is making, tune into the feeling of her body. I mean everything. And lastly, don’t put to much pressure on yourself. The worst thing you can do during sex is to worry about what will happen if you can’t last long enough.
