JamesCan Kegels Exercises Help You Last Longer In bed...

Kegals exercises are a series of exercises completed by contracting your PC muscle. The PC muscle is located behind the scrotum and is responsible for controlling to flow between urine and semen. It is also this muscles that begins to tense and contract as a man’s sexual arousal increases, and this muscles that eventually triggers orgasm. It is for this reason that people came up with the idea of completing Kegels exercises to last longer in bed. Kegels exercises were originally devised to prepare pregnant women for child birth.

The problem is however as discussed here, that the goal of Kegels exercises is to increase the strength of these muscles, but contracting them repetitively, yet for a man who has trouble lasting in bed, this is the last thing he should be doing. It is the tensing of these muscles during sex that is causing him to reach climax, and if fact Kegels are often reported to make the problem of premature ejaculation worse.

Don’t get me wrong, these muscles are highly important, but the trick is to learn how to increase your control over the state of these muscles, not simply strengthen them. This will take a few weeks but can defiantly be achieved by using a combination of techniques and training methods, focused on the body’s overall response and specific control of muscles located in the pelvic area. And lastly, myth number 6 - "There is no cure for men who cannot last in bed..."
